Making A Purchase
could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any item you wish to buy and add it to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few essential details.

We accept ALL credit card payment.

In the unlikely event of there being a problem processing your credit card details, we will contact you by phone or email. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery if this occurs. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling
For the convenient of our costumers we take 9$ per order for Handling and Shipping anywhere in Israel.

Delivery Schedule For flower orders:
National deliveries: Same day delivery is possible if we receive your order by 4pm. Deliveries are not possible on Saturday and holidays. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties e.g. a place of work, or hospital.

Other gifts except flowers will be delivered in 1-3 working days.

Please ensure the recipient will be available to receive your gift, no signed is necessary. Where there is no-one at the address to sign for the gift the courier will leave the order at a neighbor's house. He will also attach a note on the addressee's door mentioning the details of the order and where the order is. Should this not be possible, we'll call the addressee and set the best time to deliver.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
